By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you also acknowledge that any ambiguities in their interpretation shall not be construed against us.
Additionally, you acknowledge that any damage caused by a participant or their parent or guardian during a class or activity will be the responsibility of the individual who caused the damage who shall pay for such damage in full.

Our Company is based in the United Arab Emirates, and this website is controlled by Elite Pro Academy from the UAE.
The use of this website and these Terms of Use are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes related to this website and its use shall only be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in the UAE.

Additionally, you understand that it is your responsibility to keep Elite Pro Academy informed at all times of any changes in your health status.
Furthermore, you understand that Elite Pro Academy does not provide medical insurance for any participants and you must arrange your own applicable medical insurance.
In case of injury or medical emergency, if the participant or their parent or guardian is unavailable to respond, Elite Pro Academy is authorized to provide any necessary first aid and emergency medical treatment including Emergency admission if needed.
In that case, the participant or their parent or guardian will be accountable for all the costs associated with healthcare services, not Elite Pro Academy.
You discharge Elite Pro Academy from any responsibility or liability for any injuries or damages resulting from your participation in our activities, including the contraction or aggravation of any diseases or other conditions.
Furthermore, Elite Pro Academy holds no responsibility for any participants who arrive before or stay after their scheduled classes. The parents or guardians of minor participants are fully responsible for their safety. Elite Pro Academy is only accountable for the safety of participants during their scheduled activity or class.
By using our website and our services, you also agree that we may not meet your expectations. Our services are not a promise or guarantee that you will get better as a basketball player if you don’t commit to the minimum sessions advised.
Elite Pro Academy, its employees, suppliers, contractors, or agents shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, loss of data or any other damages that arise from your use of this website or our services.

By using our services, you give Elite Pro Academy the right to use your likeness in photographs and videos without any payment or consideration.
You understand and acknowledge that these materials will become the property of the company and will not be returned.
You also acknowledge that Elite Pro Academy may edit, copy, and distribute these images for the purpose of promoting and/or marketing our services or any other lawful purpose.
Elite Pro Academy will not distribute or publish any images or videos that contain your likeness without your prior approval of the finished product.
Additionally, you have the right to claim any compensation that may arise from the use of your image.

At the time of purchase, you will be presented with the option to buy a monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription.
At the end of your subscription period, your subscription will be automatically cancelled unless you notify us that you would like to renew it.
When you pay for services on our website, the information you provide will be securely transmitted to our payment provider.
We allow online payments for our services in AED currency using Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards.
Do note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us.
By using this website to make purchases, you agree to provide non-fraudulent, complete and accurate personal information and account details.
In the event that you provide information that is fraudulent, incomplete, or inaccurate, we reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and deny your access to this website in the future.
11 – Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied after your first session, we invite you to contact us so we can refund your payment.
If you do not attend a scheduled session or arrive 30 minutes late, the coach may leave the session and receive full compensation. If the coach decides to continue the session, they will only complete the remaining portion.
If the coach arrives late, you will receive compensation for each minute of delay. If the coach is more than 15 minutes late, you have the choice to either reschedule the session at your convenience or receive a full refund for the session.
You understand and agree that any cancellation or rescheduling of a session must be done at least two hours before the scheduled time. If you fail to comply with this requirement, the coach will receive full compensation.
If the coach does not comply with this requirement, you have the option to either receive a full refund for the session or reschedule at your convenience.
Unless the coach is more than 15 minutes late, you are not entitled to a refund once the training session has begun.
12 – Electronic Communications
By using this website and providing us with your personal information, you are giving your consent to receive electronic communications from us.
These communications can be via email or other electronic communication means.
Any such email or other electronic communication does not establish a partnership or create a contractual relationship between us.
